Island’s Twittering For Week Ending 2009-11-20
- McKenna is doing well. We'll be in the hospital one more day, so we are hoping to come home Saturday. #
- Update: She's been doing good today. A few bouts of pain but she's been up and walking a little bit. Getting better every hour. #
- Update: She's out of surgery, and everything went perfectly. Dr. says he expects 100% recovery. We should get to see her in an hour. #
- Update: She's still in surgery and all is going well. They are finishing up installing hardware and expect to be done in about 45 minutes. #
- Update: Surgery started about ten minutes ago and everything is going good. #
- They gave McKenna some "I don't care about anything at all" medicine and wheeled her off to surgery.Will see her again sometime after noon #
- At the Hospital, checked in, and just waiting to meet with McKenna's doctors and nurses. Me and Teresa are nervous, McKenna is bored. #
- Off to Salt Lake to get ready for McKenna's surgery tomorrow. I will post updates here as often as I can. Wish us well! #
- In Ogden for a meeting. Weather sucks bad. #
